The architecture was AMAZING!!! Breakfast was great. The restaurants were very good. I noted particular attention to detail that set the hotel apart. The staff was very friendly and nice! The facilities are also well designed and maintained.

I called one evening and asked to speak to the duty manager. The operator told me that the duty manager was not at the desk. A driver from Batu Belig owes me money. He took my money by FRAUD!!!

Wonderful Stay in a Stylish Destination

The minimalist room setup included a welcome gift of cocktail makings. I found local spirits, mixers, and limes, along with yummy snacks. The pools are lovely. I liked having breakfast served poolside. I ate at the Beach Club Bar. The food was GOOD!!!

I was a bit disappointed that staff couldn't share the cookie recipe, despite my request.

i enjoyed the sports available each morning and relaxed with the various dining spots each evening. the hotel is focused on sustainability and i appreciate that attention was given to details. the happening place offers concerts and it was another great feature . the hotel is modern and traditional at the same time.

the hotel is unique and friendly but i noticed some things that need improvement. there are not enough daybeds by the hotel area. i was sent to the beach club because all of them were taken early.

walking outside the hotel requires walking 200 meters on a road with traffic and little space for pedestrians, but taxis and ride-sharing services are readily accessible.

slow check-indim lighting

the check-in process was slow the staff seemed disorganized the room wasn't ready until well after the stated check-in time i expected a smoother start given the hotel's reputation the lighting in the bathroom was dim making it difficult to see for shaving or applying makeup a brighter setup would be beneficial.

i found the room design spacious. the complimentary items were plentiful. i received a tumbler, tote bag, and drinks in the room. the facilities were extensive. there was a pool, a beach club, direct beach access, a gym, and a spa. the staff were professional. they were attentive and kind. every detail is considered. it shows!!! i loved the dedication to reducing pollution. the hotel reuses plastics to make many room features. the rubbish bins and toiletry holders impressed me.

wifi was quite bad.
